Found this really easy and yummy dessert in one of my cookbooks and made it on the weekend. It doesn't take much time or work to make - the perfect dessert!
Lemon Pudding Delight1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. margarine
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
3 c. milk
2 - 3.4 oz. pkgs. instant lemon pudding
Blend Flour and margarine together; press into an ungreased 13:x9: baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees from 10 minutes. Cool. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and half of whipped topping together; spread over baked crust. Whisk together milk and dry pudding mixed for 2 minutes, until thickened. Pour over cream cheese. Top with remaining whipped topping. Chill for several hours before serving.
YUMMY!! Needless to say, with both boys home on the weekend, the dessert didn't last long :)

It looks very yummy indeed! It's been all cake and biscuits here recently, I blogged about it the other day. Will have to find something more healthy for this weekend lol.

ReplyDeleteI love lemon too! Around our house I have to make 2 versions of this though. One is for the lemon lovers and one for the chocolate lovers. Both are very yummy!
