The Best Fluffy Waffles

This has to be the best waffle recipe ever. It's a little more work - but well worth it.  Since this is one of Luke's favorite recipes I try to make it when he is home.  Had them last weekend :)  Even Logan ate them, and waffles are not his favorite food.

FLUFFY WAFFLES
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
In a bowl, combine the flour, cugar, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg yolks, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. In a small mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.

  3. When waffles are made this way they are so good!

I let my husband whip the egg whites as he likes to do that by hand with a wisk!

  5. yummy, I haven't had waffles in ages. The last time I had them they were the frozen kind so I doubt they were even close to being as good as those
