We had a very relaxing Christmas, the perfect kind :) Christmas eve we had a friend of Brad's (from work) over for turkey dinner. His family is all about 1500 miles away and would have been spending Christmas alone - that's no fun, do we invited him over. Had a great time :)
Christmas morning we woke the boys at 7am for breakfast. They have been getting into the habit of sleeping until lunch time. Brad couldn't wait that long to unwrap presents :) As you can tell the boys are not very awake -
For Christmas I got the red mittens from Brad (and a dish washer). I've wanted the mittens for over a year now, they have been impossible to find. The room sprays are from Logan and the kitchen utensils are from Luke.
I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas. Only a few more days until 2011! Still need to come up with my "word of the year".

I bet Brad's friend really appreciated spending Christmas with you guys. That would stink being alone on Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThose mittens are very cool. Love the way they put the maple leaf on them.
A dish washer huh? Lucky you. Sounds like you had a great day
I love Luke's hair and it looks like Logan cut his.
ReplyDeleteCool mittens and YAY for a dishwasher! We should all have one.
Have a wonderful day!

Quiet family Christmas are always the best!
ReplyDeleteAnd the best gift of all was those two boys sitting on the couch. Love it when family is back together. I am so happy you got a dishwasher - now you will have more time for fun things.

Love the photo of your sleepy boys. Sounds like your Christmas was lovely, as was mine. Happy New Year, Audrey! (Can't wait to see what word you come up with!) - Karen
