~ Got lazy this year and decided to buy my strawberries already picked! Much easier on the back. Made 14 little jars of Strawberry Jam (freezer variety), and froze a whole bunch in little bags. Yummy!! There is nothing like the taste of freshly picked strawberries.
~ Managed to sew a new bag. This one has a magnetic closing device. It's made from light weight upholdstry fabric.
~ If you are over 40 - you really need to read this post on a blog I found the other day. It is so funny, yet so true!! Oh - make sure to read the comment from Mr. Martian! (you'll understand when you read it):
