RECIPE OF THE WEEK!!
TWEETIES
1/2 c. margarine 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
2/3 c. sugar 2 egg yolks
1 c. milk 1/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. chocolate chips
Cream margarine and sugar slowly. Add flour, baking powder and salt alternately with the milk. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 F. for 25-30 minutes; cool. Mix together the egg yolks, 1/3 c margarine and icing sugar. Spread on cake. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips with 2 tbsp. margarine and spread over top. Allow to set and cut in squares.

Audrey - Love your painted items... each has such personality! My favorite part of our Christmas is sitting down as a family (as we've done for 13 years now!) on Christmas Eve and reading "Twas the Night before Christmas" before the kids go to bed. We all get comfy on the couch in front of the Christmas tree and enjoy the story and sweet pictures!
