Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading.
Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

* Grab your current read
* Open to a random page
* Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
* BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
* Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

My Teaser for this week:
"Five minutes later he returned and held the door open for her. She looked at it fearfully, as though if she walked through it she would never be coming back."

This is the 4th book in a series about two people (Sean & Michelle) who start an investigation company after leaving the Secret Service. I've really enjoyed this series and I'm sure I'll love this book too :) Just started it yesterday!

HAPPY READING!

Teaser Tuesday - April 6, 2010

This is my first week joining Teaser Tuesday. I LOVE to read and thought this would be a good meme to join so I had to take time to read every week. Don't want to have a teaser from the same book 2 weeks in a row!

My Teaser:
" She walked out to her car, taking in the strangeness of this night. Five hours ago, she had thought Emerald's death was probably a suicide after all."
~ P.192, "Trashed" by Alison Gaylin

I just started reading the book - so this is a teaser for me too :) This is the first book from this author that I've read. I also have the next one in this series at home.
